Here at Home Solutions of Iowa, we like to give our customers the best experience when it comes to their next exterior home improvement project. Our company was built on principles of quality and service that still guide us to this day. We stand behind the products we offer, our workmanship, and our warranties. Now, what does this process entail?
We have a process called the Home Solutions of Iowa Experience that every customer goes through when choosing us for their exterior home remodeling project. It all starts with our scheduling department. They call to speak with the customer to set up their free estimate and provides them with information on what to expect. Our Construction Expert will go out to the customer’s home to do a thorough inspection and explain the different options they have to choose from for their project.
The installation crew will head out on project day, talk with the homeowner, and install our LeafGuard® Gutters and/or GAF Roofing. This project is usually completed the same day providing homeowners with a seamless install. The last part of this experience is our follow-up procedure to see how the customer’s installation process went.
