Project Description

Robyn’s LeafGuard® Gutter Project in Guttenberg, Iowa

Don’t Let Your Gutters Be Home To Leaves & Debris

Robyn and her husband live in Guttenberg, Iowa. With a front-row seat overlooking the Mississippi River, they often find themselves enjoying the outdoor views and activities. Their home is heavily surrounded by tall trees and beautiful landscapes making gutter maintenance a constant chore. Originally Robyn chose to protect her home by adding a gutter screen over the top of her gutters to keep out falling leaves and debris. Over a few years, sections of the screen have blown off or become bent. Continuous clogging has created a constant headache for her and her husband and they wanted a solution.

Mesh, screens, and covers that were placed over the existing gutters are least effective in the war on debris collection on Robyn’s Guttenberg, IA home.
These screens are meant to keep out larger pieces of debris, but allow dirt and tiny particles into the gutter; this means Robyn and her husband still had to clean out their gutters. In order to clean they had to take off the screens, adding to the already grueling task of climbing ladders and cleaning their Guttenberg, IA home’s gutters.

LeafGuard® Requires Zero Maintenance

When we told Robyn about LeafGuard® Brand Gutters, it was a no brainer. With a product that requires ZERO gutter maintenance, she and her husband were sold. LeafGuard® is the original and only one-piece gutter system, with a built-in hood that covers the gutter bottom and deflects leaves and other debris. The unique, seamless design will keep debris from collecting in this Guttenberg, IA home’s gutters forever. With LeafGuard® you can get it and forget it!

After

LeafGuard® seamless gutters are guaranteed to prevent clogging for as long as you own your home, allowing the rainwater to cling to the hood and fall into the gutter.
Seamless gutters don’t get clogged like screen or mesh does, which means you don’t have to get up on the roof or high on a ladder to clean them out every season. They also aren’t easily damaged like screens are, which can be very fragile.
