Scott contacted Home Solutions of Iowa wanting to spend less time taking care of his home and more time taking advantage of his patio located underneath his deck. One part of his project was LP Smartside siding. He wanted to enjoy the outdoor living space without weather and cleaning being a limiting factor. In a full-on downpour, Scott wanted to utilize that part of his home. Our solution was to equip the home with UnderDeck and LeafGuard

LeafGuard® Brand Gutters

A custom LeafGuard® Brand gutter system was just what this Grimes home needed. We placed the LeafGuard® gutter system underneath the deck for a more subtle look. The patented design allows rainwater to travel down and around its curved hood and into the gutter where it flows freely to the downspouts. The gutters and downspouts then carry the rain away from the foundation leaving the yard surrounding the outdoor living space free of pooling water. LeafGuard® gutters are clog-free guaranteed, ensuring Scott more time to enjoy his patio and less time cleaning his gutters.
