He had this amazing idea to honor and give gratitude to those who have defended our country. In part of his park, he wanted to create a covered space for people to sit and enjoy their time outdoors. This spot could be to host family and friend gatherings, a place to sit and relax, a nice spot to enjoy a book, and overall a beautiful aspect to add to the park.
